Hi, I would like this email to be passed on to the owner of the property. 52766. I was very unhappy when my partner and I learned that the booking we had requested was not confirmed, when he rang the property manager she told him that it was booked out for those dates and that the site had not been updated, when my partner told her that wasn't very professional she then told him, I'm sure we're not the only ones that haven't updated our site. I am disgusted that this is how your property manager treats your potential customers, I only said to my family just the other day we will have to go there in summer but now that will never happen and you can thank your manager for this! I would have accepted a sincere apology if it were given but due to the manner in which your manager conducted herself I am very upset and will not be referring people to your holiday home again! What was suppose to be a surprise 50th get away for my mother in law has now been ruined without consequence. Sent from my iPhone
Rennies Beach Escape has some interesting information on why Australia is called the land down under?
Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere. The discovery of Australia began when European explorers searched for land under the continent of Asia. Before Australia was discovered, it was known as Terra Australis Incognita the unknown southern land.
