Famous for their premium quality steaks and ribs, Hurricane’s Wood Fire Grill introduces an exciting new fusion menu. Drawing on authentic Portuguese and African cuisine influences. All signature meats and seafood are cooked over slow burning Australian Ironbark wood and charcoal on a wood fire grill and rotisserie.
Taking centre stage is Hurricane’s slow cooked suckling pig (Leitao) with crispy crackling. Roasted on a wood fired rotisserie, this is a dream come true for pork lovers! Order as part of a two course set menu for large groups. A fun interactive experience, with sharing plates and a whole pig hand carved and sliced by the chef at your table.
Free range lamb and chickens (peri-peri) are cooked on the rotisserie. While juicy grass fed Cape Grim steaks, tender pork, lamb and beef ribs, fish and prawns are cooked on the wood fire grill. Tempting burgers, seafood, salads and sides complete the menu.
