Manyara Vineyard is a small family vineyard located in Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills where the extended Lipman family concentrate on growing grapes of the highest quality. The vines are lovingly tended and carefully managed through hand pruning, shoot and bunch thinning to produce premium wines with distinctive fruit character.
