Opposite a grandiose Fitzroy Town Hall, sits this ever-popular pub where a mish mash of old furniture keeps patrons comfy. The small front bar is a good one for striking a 'one arm on the bar, the other clutching a pot' pose, and the adjacent pool room caters for those wanting a more comfortable seating arrangement with tables. Actually, maybe not so comfortable depending on where you are in there - the cluttered layout makes real the possibility of being nudged in the back by a pool cue.
