Most interesting tour which enlightened me on areas of Perth I had not seen, despite being a life-time resident, and fascinating aspects of Perth history I had not heard before. Justin was an excellent guide and an entertaining story teller.

What an awesome afternoon! Trying to entertain 16 year old and parents…Justin was the perfect host, informing, attentive, friendly and funny! Being from Perth this was historic and we didn’t know most of the history! Finished the day feeling exhilarated an will definitely be booking the Rottnest tour. If you have not done this it is highly recommended and worth the money. Thank you so much Justin and the team…we will be back!

Like most people, being a local, I never thought about doing "touristy" things in Perth. I'm so glad I did this Segway tour because I learnt a lot of interesting things about my home town as well as learnt how to ride a Segway. Justin did an awesome job as our tour guide, introducing the Segway to my wife and I (which luckily we picked up quite quickly) and providing a lot of interesting facts about Perth. It was so much fun! I highly recommend.

Erin was lively, interesting and very kind and tolerant of our efforts to learn how to ride the segways

I loved that the tour guide knew her city and explained it so well. She was patient, friendly, helpful and lovely to be with.

Our guide was very accommodating. We had a small group and as participants had been on segways previously the scheduled tour did not take as long as expected. We were able to take in Elizabeth Quay precinct as well. Totally fun afternoon. We plan to book when we go to Fremantle for the next staycation! (Also learnt the reason for the kink in the road from St George’s Tce into Adelaide Tce).

A fantastic way to see the East Side and parts of the city with a very informative commentary by Amy. Gives you an on-site to explore areas you travel through at a later date.

THis was an excellent experience and lots of fun. My wife and I had never ridden a Segway before but they are very intuitive and safe and our guide was very knowledgeable of boththe Segways and Perth's history. Would definitely recommend this for tourists and locals (like us).

This tour was amazing and Jill the guide was awesome. Jill was very patient with us beginners and we all laughed so much. My daughter-in-law had just recently learnt to ride a bike and after 10 minutes was confidently riding and had so much fun. The tour from the foreshore then through East Perth was really interesting and the scenery was stunning. It went so quick and 1.5 hours is not enough (yes I am hooked on Segways now). Hopefully permission will be granted to go across the new bridge and around the Perth Stadium to make it even more awesome. I will definitely be back soon and highly recommend this tour.

I would actually give them a zero if I could because that is exactly what they gave us. I booked a tour of Rottnest for the next day and immediately received a confirmation. You get to the island and there is no information on where the tour starts from or how to get there but eventually I worked it out and got there 15 mins before departure as instructed. 30 minutes later we and 4 other people were still sitting there in the 40 degree heat with zero contact from anyone. Finally someone managed to get a hold of the office only to be told that our tour had been cancelled due to a private tour running too long. By this time too much of the day had gone past for us to be able to book with anyone else so completely missed out on seeing the island. Being as we are from NZ it is highly unlikely that we will ever be back, so there is a life experience we will never have. When I got a hold of the office they tried to tell me that they could not contact me as they didn't understand that my phone was an NZ one - despite the fact that it is clearly shown as such in my booking. Then they tried to say that an unexpected event resulted in the last minute cancellation (change in the story now that they had a bit of time to think of some spin) - it must have been very last minute as I only booked the night before. I told them that I felt they had cancelled us because someone with a bigger cheque book had taken our booking and they couldn't even bother to contact us. By the way - the other 4 people all had Oz phones and none of them got a call. The money has been refunded, but there has been no offer of a discount on any other tour - let alone a free tour, which they obviously could have afforded with the big payment by the private tour. Terrible service, ruined the day, Awful company with little idea how to operate. NOT recommended.
