The Hunter Valley Cheese Company is a boutique cheese factory and retail Cheese Shop, also selling ploughman's platters, espresso coffee, locally made chutneys, relishes and jams. The factory has a viewing window into the 'Make Room' and 'Maturation Room' and 'Make Days' are Mondays.
Hunter Valley Cheese sampling guided by our trained Cheese Specialists is available all day from 9am to 5.30pm. Handmade cow and goat milk cheese produced & available onsite include fromage blanc, feta, brie, washed rind, natural rind, cheddar, tommes and blue vein.
Our Cheese Tasting Boards include at least five cheeses, fruit paste, bread crackers and table water. Daily Cheese Tasting Notes are prepared, allowing you to get as intellectual as you desire as you explore the flavour of our cheese....
