we found this to be the ideal holiday unit for us, very fairly priced, even during school holidays, we paid around $350 for 7 days with linen supplied, that was for 2 adults and 3 kids, the catch is the unit has only 4 beds so we had a camp bed for the 3rd child, not really a comfort thing but we just got the kids to take turns so it could be a little fairer, it was cheaper than a nearby caravan park, there is no pool, but who needs one when you are 4 doors from a beautiful beach, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the heart of town, you can walk to the charter fishing boats within 5 mins, we are already booked to go back [with only 2 kids], this year there are new owners, so I will inform of changes either good or bad
