If you're looking for a reasonably-priced hotel and are fine with basic accommodations, this is a fine pick.
While the rooms are indeed on the small and outdated side, they still check the boxes you'd want: sizable beds, microwave, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi (if your room is close to the router, otherwise you can rely on your phone or mobile hotspot), silverware / cups / plates, hangers, hair dryer, etc.
The free, secured and covered parking garage is also a nice addition as it's something nearly every other hotel in the region charges for or doesn't even offer.
The hotel's also within a five-minute walk of two train stations in areas that don't feel sketchy to walk around, even at night.
