Floatfest is two day family event - with three world record attempts at the largest number of floating kayak\canoes; largest number of kayaks /canoes entering the water at one time; and largest number of kayaks/canoes lying end to end along the river bank all while ?paddling into the record books?.
There is also fun for the kids, with ?come and try? canoeing, lots of fun and activities for all, stalls, markets, regional food, and much, much more. Houseboats will be open for inspection.
We want to get as many canoes and kayaks on the Murray River at Murray Bridge as possible on Sunday 9 April 2017 to put this region into the Record Books. We are encouraging individuals, families and groups from anywhere in the world to get involved....
